While eating breakfast early one morning at Bucaneros on Hidalgo last April we watched a worker across the street getting Rolandi’s cleaned up and ready to start the day. The man had a broom and a bucket of soapy water. He worked very hard scrubbing the sidewalk, the steps and the back door. He worked for about 20 minutes and seemed very proud of how clean everything looked.

Not ten minutes after he completed his morning task along came this truck. So much for the hard work, time and effort that man put into making this very spot clean and shiny!
